Kelly Ko, president of the Mandaue Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MCCI), told SunStar Cebu on Friday, September 1, 2023, that they are together with the government in thinking of a “win-win” solution to decrease plastic waste production in Mandaue PBA

But Ko did not deny that the business sector, particularly plastic manufacturers based in Mandaue, might face challenges coming up with efficient ways to expedite plastic recycling if the law is implemented PBA
